* Click photo editor
* Open image from computer
* Use the crop tool
* To apply changes, click anywhere outside the image you selected
* Image Menu, then select “Image size”
* File Menu, then select “Save”

1. Goto google.com and enter “google keyword tool”
2. Click the first link: https://adwords.google.com/o/Targeting/Explorer?__c=1000000000&__u=100000…
3. Enter a phrase or multiple phrases
4. In “Advanced options”, select your country (optional)
5. Shows your exact search terms PLUS related ones you wouldn’t normally think of
6. Global searches is worldwide. Local searches is for the country you selected previously. The “Competition” column gives you a rough idea of how competitive the google adwords campaigns are for that keyword.
7. You can export to CSV by clicking “Download” in the top left

These shortcuts will work for most browsers.
I use firefox as my browser because:
* It’s alot faster than Internet Explorer
* There are more compatibility and plugins available than google chrome.
(For most users, google chrome will be better than firefox).

Ideally, your inbox should be at ZERO emails. As soon as you look read an email you should do something with it. But what if you can’t right now? Enter Boomerang for Gmail (it also works for microsoft outlook but it’s not free…doh!).

Installing Boomerang for Gmail

• Goto: http://www.boomeranggmail.com
• Click “Install Boomerang” (It works for Firefox 3.6+ and Chrome 5.0+. Works with Gmail and Google Apps email).
  • Follow the prompts and instructions
  • A button may pop up at the top of your browser. Click “Allow”.
• Note: If you login with another computer or another gmail account, you need to install it again.

Setting Preferences

• Click the “Boomerang” link in the top right hand corner of gmail.
• Set your preferences.
• This page also shows scheduled messages.
• To “Boomerang” a message means email will come IN to your inbox later, whereas “Messages to Send Later” means email will go OUT later.

How to send emails later

There could be many reasons to do this such as reminders to yourself and others or simply impressing your friends.

• Compose an email, then click “Save Now”
• Click “Send Later”.
• Select from the options.
• Your email will be delivered to your inbox at the specified time.

Cons of Boomerang for Gmail

• It can take a few seconds to schedule an email.
• Every now and again it can be a little buggy, but nothing major.

Google

• You think, “dammit! what was that thing I had to remember?”, or
• What? No protein powder left?! My muscles are totally going to deflate now

Anyways, here’s a quick and nasty method for remembering.

1. If you thoughts or ideas are:

• Re-order protein powder
• Reschedule lunch with Jessica Alba
• Start my own cool website like DrEfficiency.com

2. Pick the key word out of all 3 sentences. The one that would jog your memory the most.

• In the above example, it could be: Protein, Alba, Website

3. Make an acronym

Pick the first letters out of each. Eg. Protein, Alba, Website spells PAW.

4. Repeat it

Repeat it in your head a few times. “P, A, W, Protein, Alba, Website, P, A, W…”

5. Write it down

As soon as you can write it down, do so! It’s only a short term memory thing…like between 1 min – 24 hours short.
